Change the description of the Vishuddha in the list of Chakras to the following:
The Throat Chakra: If a Time Monk with an unblocked Throat Chakra would send a private message to the Time Buddha as or because of a game action, they must have made a post with the same text and title no more than an hour previously, or the private message will have no effect on the gamestate.
I don’t have a problem per se with hidden information no talksies rules, as I said in the Werewolf Dynasty when we had a similar clause. However, being unable to communicate at all might have all kinds of trouble, depending on one’s exact definition of communicate. Theoretically any action or lack thereof could communicate some small amount of information.
Note that a mere public post does not imply that the message was really sent, but no real message will be without a public post.
