If more than half of the counted votes on this proposal have the text “RODLAN WUZ HARE” with them, add the following text to the end of the core rule Enactment:

Rodlen may fail any proposal or CfJ he feels is spam at any time.  If a member disagrees with that ruling, they may create a CfJ with the text [Rodlen] in its title, requesting the passing of a failed proposal or CfJ that Rodlen failed.  A CfJ with [Rodlen] in its title may not be failed by Rodlen.

If more than half of the counted votes on this proposal have the text “Overall Vote” with them, add the following text to the end of the core rule Enactment:

If 5 valid against votes on a proposal or CfJ include the word “Spam” with them, the proposal or CfJ may be immediately failed by any admin.
