Proposal: Split-Second Quests

Reword the sentence in the rule “Autumn/Fall” that begins “If a Townsperson’s Vision is one of the Constellations visible in the Sky” to read:

If a Townsperson’s Vision is one of the Constellations visible in the Sky, and they have not Quested yet in the current Season, that Townsperson may Quest, and by doing so add any one Thing to their Home.

Removes the requirement for a DoO to Quest, since the DoO now takes place at the Seasonal boundary.
