Add a new subrule to the Rule entitled “Teams”. Call it “Changing Teams [10 points]” and give it the following text:
A Player may change their Team to any other Team at any time.
Because it can be performed at any time, rather than as a weekly/daily action. If it passes, Bucky can do it for free any time, and other players can team up with him to transfer points without paying the transfer fee.
Bucky being able to change his team multiple times per day doesn’t seem like a problem at the moment. And being able to save 2 points on a transfer seems like pretty small beer, when the donor losing the points anyway.
If you didn’t intend Sponsorship to be used for non-daily actions, maybe it’s worth amending the rule to say that.
This may be a huge stack of points for Bucky, and gives him veto power over taking it away. I’m seriously worried about vetoes + sponsorship.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
