Add a new dynastic rule entitled Gifting:
Any Insider may, as a weekly action, voluntarily Gift any other Insider some of their Fame by creating a post stating who they are Gifting to, and the amount of Fame to be Gifted.. The Gifting Contestant decreases their Fame by X, where X is the desired amount of Fame to Gift, and increases the Giftee’s Fame by X.
No, but he can pose on the cover of People Magazine: “Brad Pitt’s new Friend” and everyone goes “Oh, who is this Qwazukee person” and the spotlight turns to you.
As soon as that happens, I’ll vote for this Proposal. : )
The real reason I’m against is that Fame is the hardest earned statistic we have right now. I think it really ought to stick with the one who earned it; that way, politicking (Fame bribery?) is avoided.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
