If Proposal: Shred Tape passed, add the following to the end of the rule entitled Government Action; otherwise, add it to the end of the rule entitled Fight the Power:
Whenever an Oligarch loses Power as a result of being Exiled or a Raid, all other Loyal Oligarchs gain an amount of Power equal to the total amount lost due to that action, divided by the number of Loyal Oligarchs, rounded down.
Redistribution of the Power of Exiled or Raided Oligarchs makes sense, I mean, it shouldn’t just disappear.
I dislike the further benefaction of Loyal Oligarchs when by looking at the GNDT they already have more power than the Seditious side. I would agree with it if it was when one side lost power, the other gained it.
I think power disappearing makes more sense - power is an intangible quantity that can’t really be transferred. Maybe the other Loyal Oligarchs should gain a little bit more power, but then they should also lose power when someone new gets appointed.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
