*A Bill Murray can “Complete an Empty Section of an Old Dynasty” by having their name included in a Story Post by the Phil that also states that that Bill Murray completed an empty section of the History of any Dynasty besides The First Dynasty of Qwazukee.

*A BIll Murray can “Add a short (100 to 300 word) essay to the wiki’s Essays Page” by having their name included in a Story Post by the Phil that also includes the words “Waffle” and “Falafel.”

In Groundhog’s Paradise, replace the text:

When a Bill Murray accomplishes the first numbered Step that they haven’t accomplished before in a particular Good Deed, they may add their name next to that Step in that Good Deed in the wiki document.
