Gaia may change the name of Schwingrasen in the ruleset and gamestate at any time, and must do so if it shares the name with any Island. Schwingrasen is not an Island and may not take any Actions of any kind. Schwingrasen has all of the gamestate variables that an Island does, except for Turn Timer, for which Schwingrasen may never have a value.
