Proposal: Take Action!

Self Killed. Failed by Derrick.

Adminned at 24 Feb 2019 12:25:01 UTC

Create a new rule called “Action Points” that reads:

Each Adventurer has a non-negative number of Action Points (TP), tracked in the GNDT as “AP”, defaulting to 4.

Remove the second paragraph of “Locations” and replace “1 TP” in that rule with “2 AP”.

Amend “Hunting” by removing the text “they have not done so since the most recent Respawn, and” and by adding the following bullet point

*Decrease the Hunting Adventurer’s AP by 2

at the end of the list.

Change the bullet point that reads “*Set each Adventurer’s TP to 1.” to:

*Set each Adventurer’s AP to 3.

Change the following attribute of the Flying Boots:

An Adventurer in possession of these boots has their TP set to 2 on a Respawn.

to:

An Adventurer in possession of these boots can travel for 1 AP.

For each adventurer, if they have hunted since the most recent respawn, decrease their AP by 2. For each adventurer, for each time they have traveled since the most recent respawn, decrease their AP by 2.

Rolling the two systems into one. This is similar to the way it worked before, but you can choose what you want to do with each day. Also, it is far more extensible.

I’m confused by the decision to set an Adventurer’s AP to 3 after a Respawn. May I ask for your thought process?

That was supposed to be 4.

This is probably just a typo, but the first block of text to be added refers to Action Points as TP in the paranthesees.

I may be wrong, but I think it can still be edited.
