Enact a rule entitled “Monarchy”:

A noble who obtains the title of King achieves victory.

I’m still not sure how this win condition should work, but I’m hoping that through this post, we can start this discussion.

for Sounds like a good enough place to start for me, though I think it’d be more interesting if it wasn’t obtained the same way as all of the other positions.
