If “If the result is 3, the Ball becomes Out of Play and is removed from any Player’s possession.” is contained in rule 2.2.1 “Kicking the Ball”, change it to:
If the result is 3, the Ball becomes Out of Play and is removed from any Player’s possession, and the Kicking Player may not gain the Ball for themselves while the Ball is still Out of Play.
But what is up with the name of the Proposal??? I feel like I’m missing something.
Big advantage to the player who checks the blog most frequently (or the player who writes a script to ping him or her whenever the GNDT changes).

I also did not consider the function of result 3 with regard to assists. Having done so,

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
