In rule 2.3.3, replace the sentence “Each DDA Member has a Dossier that tracks the tech they own and what space ship, if any, that DDA Member pilots.” with:

Each DDA Member has a Dossier that tracks the tech they own, what space ship, if any, that DDA Member pilots and a brief description of the DDA Member.

Then, at the end of the same rule add:

A DDA Member may modify er brief description at any time e wishes. The text has no in-game effect by itself.

The Admin who enacts this proposal acquires the CCC Tech.
