In rule 2.3.3, replace the sentence “Each DDA Member has a Dossier that tracks the tech they own and what space ship, if any, that DDA Member pilots.” with:
Each DDA Member has a Dossier that tracks the tech they own, what space ship, if any, that DDA Member pilots and a brief description of the DDA Member.
Then, at the end of the same rule add:
A DDA Member may modify er brief description at any time e wishes. The text has no in-game effect by itself.
The Admin who enacts this proposal acquires the CCC Tech.
Fails, thanks to the fact that you have to refer to rules by name.
Claims admins don’t have ingame advantages become moot when people start bribing them.
