Add the following rule:

Each island has an overall Location tracked on the GNDT as a variable. At the start there is “boundary” and “center”, and all islands default are “boundary”, except Schwingrasen which is in the center. For all islands in the same Location, they may directly offer a trade with one another their resources (variables kept in game state), once per turn, declared as a blog post. Schwingrasen will automatically accept any 1:1 resource trading, so long as its resources are sufficient (resources are Foliage, Land, Catalyst, Animal biomass)

You might want to account for Catalysts possibly reverting back to being Mana before this passes.

I’ll be holding off on voting on this to see how Islands feel about it.

It’s unclear whether only one trade can happen per turn, or whether one trade per person can happen per turn.  Also, are we to take blog comments to be valid negotiations and agreements for whether the trade works out?  Are the trades supposed to take place exclusively before one’s turn (else, it won’t be their turn?)

Aside from the above, I’m not a fan primarily because game turns are already very slow, and this will make them considerably slower.

against This doesn’t say how to accept or process trades, but even if they worked it looks a bit weird and scammable that I can propose a trade of “I give you all my stuff, including actual Land, in exchange for nothing” to an accomplice.
