Create a new rule “Planar Entities”:
There exist a number of beings known as Planar Entities, also known simply as Planars.
Each Planar that is recognized will be listed under the Planar Entities wiki page. The Planar Entities wiki page may not be modified except by a successful proposal or if allowed by another rule.
If a successful proposal recognizes a Planar Entity, it shall be added to the Planar Entities wiki page.
Purplebeard is a Planar Entity.
Just to explain: Planar Entities need not be players, however Rodlen already said PB came from the portal in his AA, so I might as well make PB a Planar too. We could also create a rule to have Allied Planars and Enemy Planars, in the future. Or something like that.
