Reword the second paragraph of “Nosy Researchers” to
The Behavior Log is a publicly tracked list which is ordered chronologically, with new entries being added to the bottom of the list. Each entry names an AI, a location, and a name and type of action. If an AI performs a non-Discreet dynastic action or for any Action that they wish to have recorded, they must add a new entry to the log containing their name, the location they are focused on, and the name and type of the action they performed.

I like the options including a timestamp provides. It also helps ensure “new entries being added to the bottom of the list” if multiple people are doing actions at once.
