To “Relics of Power”, add a subrule, “Relic Recovery”:-

A Mortal Soul who holds no Relics may create a Relic in their possession by selecting a past dynasty of BlogNomic, and gaining a Relic whose Name is a noun (or an adjective-noun phrase) that appears in the dynastic rules of that dynasty, and whose Type and Power are any valid value.

The Dark One may create a Relic in the possession of any Dark Soul who holds no Relics, being a Relic whose Name is a noun (or an adjective-noun phrase) that appears in the dynastic rules of the Dark One’s Dimension, and whose Type and Power are any valid value.

The Dark One may remove a Relic from play if:-
* It is an Armament, but its name is not a kind of weapon
* It is a Garb, but its name is not an item that can be worn
* It is a Tool, but its name is not a type of tool

Rulesets of past dynasties are not considered to be gamestate during this dynasty. For the purposes of the current dynasty, the ruleset of a past dynasty is the version of it (if any) that was archived on the wiki for it, at 00:01 on the 28th of November 2021.
