Rename “Stability Threat Index” to “News”, and remove the first paragraph. Then add a paragraph to the end of it:-
As a Cyclical Action, the Ministry of Information should publish a News Post, containing the following:
* The Stability Threat Index
* The number of Citizens who have a Secret Building as their Workplace
* The number of Communications that were received by the Ministry of Information during the previous cycle
Expanding the Threat updates to make a little more noise about what’s happening behind the scenes: it’s useful if players can see whether a dynasty’s secret mechanics are getting a lot of use, or none at all, rather than leaving it as something for the Emperor to raise.
