Add a new Dynastic rule, as follows:

At any time, any Olympian may declare that e is defecting from eir current Team to any other Team that is mentioned in the Rules, by announcing the defection in a post to the blog.  The defection will have the following effects: the defecting Olympian will lose DICE3 TP (but not more than all of eirs TP) the defecting Olympian will cease to be a member of the pre-defection Team and will become a member of the Team to which e declares that he is defecting, eirs popularity will be set to zero, e will forfeit any Medals, and eirs pre-defection team will be deemed to have forfeited any team Medals that the defecting Olympian had won on behalf of that Team prior to the defection.  However, the Team to which the defecting Olympian defects will not acquire any medals as a result of the defection.

I am not exactly sure the purpose of this. Basically, it seems it would just prevent that player from join the blognomic team. And we are already always short players when it comes to team events.

Adds an additional element of strategy to achieving the victory conditions (assuming that Bucky’s proposal, which partly keys into team medals, passes).
