Create a new dynastic rule, “Drawing,” as follows:

There exist a number of Cards that govern the influence of the arcane over the gamestate. At any time, up to three distinct Cards may be active, chosen from the list in this rule. A Card may have an immediate effect when drawn (becoming active), an ongoing effect while active, and/or an immediate effect when about to be discarded (becoming inactive).

The set of all cards herein, minus any Cards that are currently active, is the Deck. The set of all Cards that are currently active is the Spread.

The list of Cards is as follows:

• Zero of Cups - Has no effect.
• Zero of Wands - Has no effect.
• Zero of Pentacles - Has no effect.
• Zero of Staves - Has no effect.
