Add a dynastic rule, called “The Rill of Bites,” as follows:
{Congress} shall make no {law} respecting an establishment of {religion}, or prohibiting the {free exercise} thereof; or abridging the {freedom of speech}, or {freedom of the press}; or the right of the Blognomickers peaceably to {assemble}, and to {petition} the Victorious Blognomicker for a redress of grievances.
The frist amendment is the bset amendment!

You pre-empted my idea, but I was going to either try to port over the Third Amendment (the one about quartering of soldiers, which has only been litigated once in the history of the United States), or the Twenty-Fifth Amendment (the complex one that deals with the procedure for the Vice President to assume the powers and duties of the President upon the President becoming disabled).
