Append to the rule “Land”:

The sum of all Nobles’ Total Parcels must not exceed 110. No Noble may take any action that, in part or in entirety, would cause that sum to exceed 110.

Putting a ceiling on the amount of land in the country. Note that Obtaining an Earldom or Dukedom would be illegal if the land-grab part raised the sum above 110. I’m also setting up for mechanics that would allow mixing of Parcels and other stats, which would be even more interesting when bounded.
