Adding a reward for getting kills. Reduces your hits by two, making sure to handle the “1 hit” case.
huh? Not sure how you are getting that someone with more than one hit can set their hits to zero. Its possible to reduce them by two, so the otherwise clause doesn’t trigger.
I can’t see how quirck got that interpretation; the sentence is simply ungrammatical.
