Proposal: The map is more or less fixed…

In the Rule titled “Settlement” (if it exists) replace “The map of the Settlement is located here.” with:

“The map of the Settlement is located here. This wiki page may only be changed by a Proposal, a Call for Judgment or in accordance to the Ruleset.

If this page has been edited neither by a Proposal or Call for Judgment nor in accordance to the Ruleset, these changes should be reverted.

We could simply change the map to everything we want to, couldn’t we?

for Not that anyone would try…better safe than sorry. And now you’ve mentioned it, we kind of have to enact this rule.

against Unnecessary: Rule 1.1 reads “The Ruleset and Gamestate can only be altered in manners specified by the Ruleset.

The question I have is, is that page considered as part of the “gamestate” as said in Rule 1.1?

But, either way, this is the wrong way to go about it, it’s quite obvious that moving is a large part of this game, and being forced to make a proposal to move would stall it quite badly.  against

against Per Ienpw III, as soon as the mountain passes, the settlement becomes a game document and can only be changed according to the rules.

Per Ienpw.

SeerPenguin: this would allow changes “in accordance to the Ruleset”, so I don’t think we’d have that problem.

against Although I don’t think the map becomes gamestate unless “I Never Met A Rogue I Didn’t Like” passes - gamestate is “any information which the Ruleset regulates the alteration of”, and the rule created by “The Mountain” only regulates the alteration of the GNDT Location field, it doesn’t regulate the alteration of the map.

We just need to say that the entire wiki page is gamestate.
