Seems he’s gotten a rule created, and it makes sense to me that a rule created through Blognomic is a Blognomic rule, and may therefore effect such conclusions as “MadisonSilver has achieved victory”.

Note that this victory sidesteps the explicit names clause of 4.4.5 by the unique method of being rule text that isn’t part of the Ruleset.

It’s not actually rule text, even; a rule is defined as “Each individually numbered and titled block of text… of the Ruleset is a rule”, so this is just… text that we have to obey, that is somewhat rule-y but not actually a rule.

“The Dharma of any Maestro Team Member that has a Focus with a Variance of at least 4 is considered to be rules text.”

I might actually have argued against if it were about whether we had to obey it. Nomics (including BN) have a tradition of saying when you have to obey the rules, and this text isn’t covered by the ruleset obedience clause of 1.1.
