Proposal: The Nature of the Medical Emergency

Reached quorum 7 votes to 0. Enacted with no effect, quoted paragraph no longer exists. Enacted by Kevan.

Adminned at 14 Oct 2021 21:01:27 UTC

In Infirmary, to the paragraph, “If any Floor represented by this rule would be caused to contain a Copbot Swarm, that Copbot Swarm is assigned to another, randomly selected Floor. Citizens occupying this Zone may not achieve victory, even if another rule would allow them to.”

append

If a Citizen in the Infirmary with a Wound would be moved to any floor outside of the infirmary, they instead remain on their current floor.

A Citizen may destroy a Medical Supplies item from their inventory to remove up to two total Wounds from Citizens in the Infirmary.
A Citizen with an Unpleasant memory is Endangered whenever they share a non-Infirmary floor with a Citizen who has a Blaster or a Taser.
A Citizen with a Tinfoil hat doesn’t believe in such things as Wormholes, or “Earth”. They don’t have a doppleganger, and if they ever do it is removed and has no location.

Giving the Infirmary items some meanings.

When you say “up to two total Wounds” is that, like… ever?

against Because a player with >2 wounds could get trapped in the infirmary indefinitely.

@Zack, my intention is that you can heal your 1 Wound, or you can heal your friend’s Wound as well. 3 Wounds just takes 2 Medical Supplies to take care of. If you get a Wound, you’re probably in the right place to just wait for more supplies.

@Zack, since Kevan has voted DEF I believe your DEF is not technically a vote, so you’re still voting against this proposal.

@redtara, that’s an interesting point, but I think there’s nothing that could be making a DEF vote invalid under normal circumstances.

” A Citizen’s Vote on a Votable Matter is the last valid voting icon that they have used in any comment on that Votable Matter. “

One might easily look at “considered to be valid and the same as the Drone’s Vote” and extrapolate that the negative case could have made it invalid, but it isn’t actually written to be so.

Well that’s interesting. What if I had voted AGAINST and then changed it to DEF and then Kevan voted DEF? Would my vote become AGAINST, and which comment would be my EVC?
