Proposal: the one true indexing method

Change “counting upwards from the bottom of it.” to

counting upwards from the bottom of it and starting from 0.

This is actually what it does start out with because of default values but making it explicit makes sure people realize this and they’ll decide if they want it to start at a different value.

Can’t see that this has anything to do with default values, and I doubt even a programmer would argue in a natural language context that the initial item in a list was its zeroth rather than its first, but sure, no harm in clarifying.

Oh I made a mistake when reading that line and thought that it used the variable Authority to count up the list, since the rule Numbers and Variables would start Authority at 0.
