Proposal: The Only Answer [Prime]

Add to the Prime Ruleset a new subrule of “Research Material [Prime]” called “Research Victory [Prime]” as follows:

If a Prime-Oriented Scientist who controls a Self in the Prime Universe has an amount of Putty greater than or equal to the current Crisis of the Prime Universe, and the Prime Universe is not Cataclysmic, that Scientist has achieved victory.

I had to attempt to post this five times—forgetting to make it a Proposal on the fourth—because Blognomic keeps telling me my session has expired, even right after I log in.

There is no Prime-Ruleset way to actually make yourself Prime-Oriented though. And the only Prime-Oriented person in a Prime Universe is Brendan.

This seems pretty deliberate to me.

But that said, I don’t mind if Brendan wins personally, because of the dedication to the dynasty they have displayed. So,  for

There’s also the fact that naught and I are the only two players to ever set our default Polarity via the rule of that name. Anyone could roll a die and become Prime-Oriented. Not that I don’t appreciate your granting me a vote based on my participation grade despite a nonexistent scam for the… third time, I think.
