8-0.  Reached Quorum, enacted by Excalabur.

Name rule 1 “The Other”, and replace “Adversary” with “the Other” or “Other” (as is grammatically correct) throughout the ruleset. 

Change the last sentence to read “Excalabur is the Other” instead.
