In the rule “Races”, replace:
If the Position of a Snail is after the Finish Line, Moves may be made only by Snails who have made less Moves on the Ongoing Race than any Snail who is after the Finish Line.
with:
If the Position of a Snail is after the Finish Line, they cannot Move.
Also, replace:
If no Snail can Move, any Snail or the Jury may perform the Award Ceremony.
with:
If no non-Slug Snail can Move, any Snail or the Jury may perform the Award Ceremony.
Right now I’m at the finish line, and others are prevented from getting there unless they also do so in 2 or fewer Moves. This means only first place is up for grabs most of the time, and everyone else just fails the Race. We should probably fix this. Also, the Award Ceremony isn’t guaranteed to actually happen even if all of us reach the finish line since we might still be waiting on TSoD to finish crawling, so this also fixes that.
