Add a new Subrule to Rule 2.4.  Name it “Television” and give it the following text:

Whenever the same Olympian recieves a Medal in three (3) consecutive events in which e competes, e gains 1 popularity.  No more than 3 popularity may be gained in this manner per 2 events in the winning streak, and no more than 6 may be gained in this manner per Dynasty.
Whenever an Olympian fails to recieve a Medal in four (4) consecutive events in which e competes, e loses 1 popularity.  No more than 1 popularity may be lost in this manner per 4 events in which e competes, and no more than 4 may be lost in this manner per Dynasty.
