Afraid my sense of humour has abandonned me on this one. The borderline-idle player popping up up for a cheeky cut was a good gag that I was happy to support; the influx of fully idle players pushing the emperor into a wave of vetoes in order to discount the entire month of play and push a hard reset that very few of the actually active players appear to have wanted is a level of nihilistic destructiveness that I can’t respect. And as I’m interpreting this post as more or less direct mockery aimed at me I don’t see much reason to laugh along any more.

There might be an element of ribbing, which I apologise for if it was taken the wrong way, but this is otherwise a serious proposal in that everything else seemed even pre-veto to be generally unacceptable to most people, it seems like people are unenthusiastic and unsatisfied by the prospect of a metadynasty, and there generally seems to be a sense that it’s time to be moving on. Also, people seem to be getting ‘real-world’ upset over this whole thing. And so if we cannot agree on which of the winners was really the winningest, maybe what is most beneficial is to set aside the squabbling and move on to a new dynasty by going with a dark horse. (I might have put my own name forward but I suspect this would be taken even less seriously if I had). Also, you’ll probably win the next one anyway!

So at this point this is a mostly sincere effort to try and help but sorry if I have misjudged.

I don’t want this carrying over into a metadynasty.
