Create a new rule called “Unraveling”:

The Threshold is a publicly tracked integer variable that defaults to 200, and represents the last Dynasty that has not been destroyed due to the destabilization of the fabric of reality.  As a Daily Action, the Space Maestro may decrease the Threshold by 1.
If a Parallel Dynasty’s Number is higher than the Threshold, that Dynasty is considered to be Abstracted.  Abstracted Parallel Dynasties cannot be the target of any Dynastic action.  While a Abstracted Parallel Dynasty exists, Maestro Team Members cannot take the “learn of a parallel universe dynasty” atomic action.
