Proposal: [Theft]

Self-killed. -Bucky

Adminned at 04 Aug 2016 03:26:21 UTC

Create this as a subrule for Ruleset Theft:

Appeals

Any Scribe may, at any time, submit a Point of Order to raise any issue relevant to the game.
A Scribe may raise a Point of Order to point out a potential error in scoring. If a player raises a Point of Order which points out an error in scoring which benefits another Scribe, the Scribe whose score was miscalculated will have the error fixed, and the Scribe who pointed out the error will receive a number of points equal to the error. A Scribe who points out an error in scoring affecting solely themselves will have the error fixed but receive no extra points for pointing out the error.
A Scribe who points out an error which causes points to be taken away from a player, the miscalculated score will be fixed, and the deducted points will be added to the score of the Scribe who noted the error.
A Scribe may use a Point of Order to point out errors in the game state which do not involve Scribe scores. If a player points out a valid non-scoring error in the game state, the player will be awarded one point.

against I don’t like this rule,

And I also think we should shape up Ruleset Theft more before actually doing it; considering the points mean nothing, and all.

We should also get rid of rewarding the admin for adminning a Proposal because.

That’s not just me who finds that weird, right?

against If you just wanted to introduce a proposal for to resolve potential scoring problems, I might have been in favor of such a step. But this is all a bit much, and most “errors” can simply be fixed by reverting gamestate if needed. Also why all the emoticons? Also yeah the points mean nothing.

For the record, the rule was random.
