In the rule “Tier 7: Inverted Tesselation Grid” add a subrule called “Bending Around Reality” and give it the following text:

As an Existential Action, a Mindjacker may choose a Tier lower than their current Level and no greater than the amount of Matterium that they have, pay an amount of Matterium equal to that Tier, swap the Tier number of the rule with that Tier with the Tier number of the rule exactly one Tier below it in the ruleset, and reorder the Tier Rules in the ruleset such that they are listed in numerical order by Tier.
