If the proposal “Minimum and maximum respawn times” fails, add the text “A Gladiator may not enter the Arena twice in any given three-hour period.” to the end of the second paragraph of the rule “Species” and add the text “A Resting Gladiator cannot Die.” to the end of the first paragraph of the rule “Death and Scorekeeping”.

Regarding your other self-kill, by the way, a proposal that included every possible Icon name would (given that names can include non-letter characters) have to list billions of strings. And it would only block those Icon names while the proposal remained pending.

Kevan: For example, if you reference “all icons whose filename is either “IconXxxx.png”, “IconXxxx.gif” or “IconXxxx.jpg”, where “Xxxx” is a string of no more than eight characters”, then all possible icons can no longer be chosen.  As for the temporality, I’m just concerned that someone could use that as part of a scam, and most scams can go through to completion in less than 12 hours easily.
