In the rule “Quota”, remove “A Worker cannot have more than 25 Quota.”
In the subrule “Translocation” replace “N squares in the chosen direction.” with “X squares in the chosen direction, where X is the result of the dice roll.”
I quite like that the “maximum 25, can’t go above in one go” mechanic is an original one, but it doesn’t make any sense for a variable called “Quota”.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.

Note that this does not remove the Quota limit, its still true that if a worker ever has more than 25 quota, their quota is set to 25. This just makes it legal for them to set their quota above 25 and then have it set down to 25. Previously if you were at 21-24 quota, you couldn’t recharge and set your quota to 25.
