Create a new subrule to the rule “Routes”, name it “Casino”, and give it the text:
A Casino Route has a Scouting Cost of 7. When a Driver Drives a Casino Route, they earn 4 Cash, and every other Driver earns 2 Cash.
Append the Tags CASH and TEAMWORK to the rule “Casino” in an explicitly labeled list.
When a Driver Drives a Casino Route, drinks are on the Dispatcher.
Vulnerable to timing scams. (In particular, it implies that you should buy routes as late as possible, and then immediately Request Assignment.)
Also, this is effectively making deflation of Cash, by making everyone richer. Why not just give the driver 2 cash? Indeed, it would always be better to get and drive a Suburban route, which has a lower scouting cost.
And it’s inflation, not deflation. Deflation is the effect of making everyone poorer at the same time.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
