Add a new subrule of The Crypt of Dracula titled “Sigils”:
Each room may be engraved with up to one Sigil from each Vampire Lord; the subset of Vampire Lords that have engraved Sigils in a given room is tracked in the room legend, and defaults to none.
Add a paragraph to the end of “Lair Actions”:
Engraving a Sigil is a Power Action with a cost of 2. The Vampire Lord carrying it out may select a room and add their name to the list of Vampire Lords with Sigils engraved in the room.
Add to the Effect of “Shattered stairway”:
Each Vampire Lord with an engraved Sigil here gains 4 Puissance.

I like the idea, I just feel the effect of shattered stairway is too strong and will greatly reward players who get their sigil up before a round happens
