In the Rule “The Throw-in”, change the text
any Player may transfer the Ball to their own possession.
to
any Player may put the ball Out of Play.
If a majority of EVCs on this contain the word “rename”, move the contents of the rule “The Throw-in” to the rule “The Penalty Kick”
It isn’t because in this case assisting players lose their status if the person with the ball is slow.
Randomly miskicking the ball to a sleeping player does enough damage already.
Keeping my vote as against per Kevan. It’s so hard to do anything in the current system.
What I meant is, if this passes, scoring will become even less viable, and that is bad because it is already hard in the current system.
Sylphrena, you are right because you put another For vote in your second vote, making it your EVC, which is what the Proposal is checking for.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
