Create rule “Time Shift”:
There exists a Time Displacement device which allows Characters to move back and forward in time. The Time Displacement device is located in “Arth’s Antique Shop”, and a Character that attempts to activate it must be in that location. To attempt activate it, a Character creates a Story Post titled with this format: “TimeShift -> DATE” where DATE is a valid date from November 15 to December 25. If at least a Quorum of Characters make a comment of “Shift” on that Story Post, then device is activated succesfully. If after 72 hours, there are not enough comments to activate the device, the attempt fails and no more comments are allowed on that post.
When the device is activated succesfully, the Character counts the difference in days between the current date and the DATE specified by the title of the Story Post. (this is the distance in days from today’s date to the specified date and may be positive or negative). Then, makes a comment stating what this difference is and stickies the post. Then, every other BlogNomic Rule shall consider todays actual date to be today’s real word date (in UTC time) plus the difference stated in the post (effectively shifting the date back or forth, so that the date becomes the one specified on the post title). This overrides every other rule, except itself, that determines what the date is.
