Proposal: Time keeps on ticking, ticking, ticking…

Self-killed. Failed by Kevan.

Adminned at 10 Nov 2016 08:54:35 UTC

Enact a new rule entitled “Time keeps on ticking, ticking, ticking…” with the following text:

As a Daily Communal Action and Atomic Action a player should increase the Ticks of all players other than the Emperor by one and decrease the Emperor’s Ticks by the total number of players other than the Emperor. If the Emperor’s Ticks would become negative by this action, the whole action is considered invalid and cannot take place.

Also, on enactment, distribute one Tick from the Emperor to each player with zero Ticks.

Not the most inventive way to redistribute Ticks, but it’s a start to keep the game from stalling.

s/Emporer/Emperor/g otherwise nobody’s ticks get decremented, as the former does not exist…unless that’s the point of this proposal.

Best case this would end the dynasty after 20 days. Worst case, if nobody Restored any more Hours, it would end in just 10 (regular Players would have 10 or 11 Ticks each for a total of 75, and the Emperor would be down to 74).
