If rule 2.3 “Swag” contains the text “Whenever a criminal does an Assisted Action defined in this rule, their Heat is increased by 1”, replace it with “Whenever a criminal does an Assisted Action defined in this rule, their Heat is increased by 1.”.
Append the following text to rule 2.3 “Swag”:
When a Criminal does an Assisted Action defined in this rule, they must make a GNDT comment containing the time, in UTC format, at which they performed it.
If you add someone as your partner, then wait a couple of hours before actually performing the action, only the time of partnering up will be visible in the GNDT. Next Criminal to perform that action would have to infer the time by taking the square root of the wealth/firepower/respect earned, then comparing with the previous time that action was made…
The actions are timestamped by the gndt. This is redundant and prone to errors.
