If Call for Judgment: The Human Error in Our Stars was not enacted then enact it. Then, in the rule Mindjacking, change:

At their earliest opportunity, the Ascendant shall mark this Mindjacking with a FOR symbol if (x) is the Symbol Name of an Avatar with Star Sign (y) whose Home Tier is higher than the author’s Level and whose Occupancy Tier is not; otherwise they shall mark it with an AGAINST symbol.

to:

At their earliest opportunity, the Ascendant shall Manifest this Mindjacking by marking it with a FOR symbol if (x) is the Symbol Name of an Avatar with Star Sign (y) whose Home Tier is higher than the author’s Level and whose Occupancy Tier is not; or, otherwise, an AGAINST symbol.

In the same rule change

Once a Mindjacking has been legally marked with a FOR or AGAINST symbol from the Ascendant according to this rule, it cannot be marked with another symbol.

to

Once a Mindjacking has been correctly Manifested it cannot be Manifested again.
