Proposal: Tour Guid Approval
Passes 4-1-2. I’m enacting this Proposal as creating a new Dynastic Rule titled “Shine Sprites” (since there is no current Rule with that name) and then creating a subrule. - Qwazukee

Create a new sub-rule of Shine Sprites, “Reward” with the text:
Whenever a proposal passes with the Tour Guide voting on the proposal without including the phrase “Non-Tour Activities”, the tourist that authored the proposal may once, within 48 hours of the proposal passing, reduce the Tour Guides Shine Sprites by 1 and increase their own Shine Sprites by one.
If the majority of counted votes also contain the phrase “retroactive”, the Tour Guide votes FOR and the Tour Guide’s vote does not include the phrase “Non-Tour Activities” decrease the Tour Guides Shine Sprites by 1 and Increase Amnistar’s shine sprites by 1.
I’d rather have it be something Yuri opts into, rewarded ony for really good proposals.
