Procedurally vetoed. - lilomar

Create a new RED rule, titled “Tribute to the Great One” with the following text:

As a weekly action, a Citizen may create a Tribute to the High-Programmer by creating a Story Post with “Tribute” in its title. In the Tribute, the Citizen should enumerate the many wonders and awesomenesses of the High-Programmer. If the High-Programmer finds the Tribute to be to their liking, they may make a comment on the Story Post which contains an Arrow (). By doing so, they award 1 Perversity Point and 1 Commendation to the author of the Tribute.

We must make our love of the High-Programmer official!

arrow But against For two reasons.
1: per Kevan, I suggest only allowing one a week total, not one per citizen. (and giving a smaller bonus for tribute comments to that post.
2: HPD%MC Propaganda should be about the glories of The Computer and Alpha Complex.
