In the rule “Tier 3: Psychic Dreamscape”, change
It is an Ascension Criterion for Tier 3 that the Mindjacker who is Ascending must have a Trigger whose “if” clause is possible for at least one other Mindjacker to satisfy.

It is an Ascension Criterion for Tier 3 that the Mindjacker who is Ascending must either have a Trigger whose “if” clause is possible for at least one other Mindjacker to satisfy, or have had another Mindjacker Activate their Trigger in the last 48 hours.
Currently, an Ascension can be foiled at the last minute by triggering the Trigger. This discourages would-be Ascenders from actually useful Triggers. It shouldn’t.
