Change the text of the rule “Tier 9: The True Reality” to the following:
No Mindjacker whose Level has been 9 or higher for at least 24 hours has achieved victory. If more than one Mindjacker is simultaneously considered to have achieved victory, instead only the Mindjacker who has spent the most Matterium in this dynasty (or, in the event that that criteria is also tied, the Mindjacker who has had 9 as their Level for the most time in this dynasty) achieves victory.
the reason i chose “spent the most matterium in this dynasty” as the qualifying metric is so that, if it comes down to it, the person who opens the door will have first right to go through it.
