This comes down to my reading of every.  I read every and interpreted any.

My thinking was that though you MAY increase EVERY diety’s quint by 1, you don’t have to.  “Every diety” is quite close to “any diety”... when you scan as quickly as I do. (and should not)

I didn’t read it and try to dodge it, I just made yet another mistake.  Sorry to make you go back and adjust the GNDT.
