timed out 3-1 enacted by card

Adminned at 21 Jul 2018 18:17:19 UTC

Add some cards

# Elfin Circus (2) [Structure] No constraint > When a Person is played on this community, increase the culture of this community by 1 and move this card to a different randomly chosen community. / If this community has at least 1 Economy then if a Person is played on this community, increase it’s culture by 1 and decrease it’s economy by 1. Then move this card to a different randomly chosen community.
# Speak Easy (3) [Structure] No constraint > Any Wizard whose home is this card’s community may spend 5 Thaum to draw a random card which has been removed from the list of cards in Deck by having Prohibition or any of its copies played on it. / Any Wizard whose home is this card’s community may spend 1 Thaum to add a Drink to their hand.
# Grave Yard (3) [Structure] No constraint > Any Wizard whose home is this card’s community may discard a card with a score of equal or higher value than the previously discarded card to draw said card. / Any Wizard whose home is this card’s community may discard a Person to increase this community’s culture by half the score of the Person, minimum 1.

Add this to the token card list

# Drink (0) [Object] No constraint > If you have no Thaum, set it to 2 and then remove this card from your hand. / Set your Thaum equal to the number of cards in your hand.

Create a new rule titled “Banned” with the text

This is a list of cards which were removed from the list of legal cards by having Prohibition or any of its copies played on them.

people don’t have scores. They have Thaum. I’m not actually sure what the Grave Yard up effect does.

[derrick] It’s referring to a card, it would make no sense to discard a Wizard now would it?
“If a card’s Constraint, Up Effect or Down Effect refer to “a (type),” such as “a potion,” that reference is considered to be shorthand for “a card of the type (type).” ” Although I guess the up effect needs some rewording.
SHRED Grave Yard

[Brendan] I don’t think so but I could be wrong. Maybe I need so say the rule tracks those cards instead of listing them?
