Replace the second, third and fourth paragraphs of “Form” with:-

A Shifter may declare an Intention to change their Form (or to maintain their current Form) by sending a private message to the Forest to this effect.

If the Forest has received Intentions from a Quorum of Shifters, then it may announce in a blog entry that a new Day has Dawned, applying the following effects in order:

• Any Shifter who declared an Intention to change their Form is given that Form (unless its Reputation is higher than the Shifter’s Cover).
• Any Shifter who declared an Intention to maintain their current Form gains 1 Cover.
• If any two or more Shifters have the same Form, and that Form is the Form of an Individual Human, then those Shifters each lose 2 Cover.
• All prior Intentions are no longer considered to be Intentions.
